Why Isn’t Mary McCarthy in Handcuffs?Mike Rappaport

That’s the question that NRO is asking.  Neither they nor I can think of an answer.

Update: Well, this is interesting.  Although Mary McCarthy admits speaking to to the Washington Post, she apparently denies leaking classified information.  HOW CAN THIS BE?  I READ IT IN THE NEW YORK TIMES. 

Aw well, this appears to explain why Mary McCarthy is not in cuffs.  But then who leaked?  And who leaked the information about Mary McCarthy having leaked?
