Improve your teaching evaluations: go to the gym and give easier exams Tom Smith

Apparently there is a strong correlation between “hotness” and higher teaching evaluations, and easiness of exams, and the same.  I can do something about the latter, but what can I do about the former?  Well, that’s easy:  eat less, go to the gym more, and consider some advanced hair technology.  The former is a good idea anyway, since there is also a correlation between that and general happiness, including that of the spousal kind.  The latter, which would also include more aggressive forms of plastic surgery, are way too much expense and trouble.  I care what I look like, just not that much.
