Pacific Legal Foundation has immediate availability for a litigator with 1-5 years experience to support litigation goals related to the abolition of discrimination and preferences on the basis of race and sex.

Candidates must have excellent writing and analytical skills and be familiar with pleading practice, discovery, and law and motion. Candidates will be expected to take lead responsibility for trial court work draft a complaint, conduct discovery, move for summary judgment and then handle the appeal. Candidates should be familiar with federal and/or state trial courts, be a self-starter, a team player, enthusiastic, energetic, and committed to working hard for a great cause.

Pacific Legal Foundation has been the national leader of conservative/libertarian public interest law firms for more than 30 years. Salary range $55,000 – $80,000, depending on experience and qualifications.
