What a Shock? Mike Rappaport

The New York Times reports:

“A federal investigation concluded today that rapidly rising gasoline prices over the last year have not been the result of unlawful price manipulation by the industry.”

There should not have been an investigation in the first place — not of the oil companies at least.  Of the energy bill which appears to have made matters worse — well that probably deserves some investigation!
