Forte on Ackerman Mike Rappaport

David Forte reviews Bruce Ackerman’s new book on the early presidency.  Forte doesn’t like the book.  It is interesting that Ackerman appears to dislike Chief Justice Marshall.  For years, liberals have embraced him, but now he is increasingly an originalist hero.  He certainly is one of mine.
