Islamic Imperialism: A History Mike Rappaport

I received Islamic Imperialism: A History by Efraim Karsh in the mail.  This book from Yale University Press looks quite interesting.  It is described in a positive review by Amir Taheri as a history from the perspective of someone who believes there is something positive in Islam, but is also a “champion of the West.”
