Mankiw on CEO Pay Mike Rappaport

Greg Mankiw discusses a recent paper on CEO pay.  Quite interesting: CEO pay has risen significantly as compared to average workers; CEOs are providing value for their pay; but taxing CEOs at high rates would not have all that significant negative welfare effects.
