Why Some People Shouldn’t Vote Mike Rappaport

One sees adds on television urging everyone to vote.  They are supposed to be nonpartisan and noncontroversial, but they are actually wrong.  Not everyone should vote.  Greg Mankiw explains why. 

So don’t vote.  And that applies especially to those people who don’t know much about politics.
