“Are Law Firms’ Diversity Efforts Discriminatory?” Gail Heriot

This is an interesting issue that I wish I had more time to blog on right now.  I will try to add more later.  I read Curt Levey’s paper a few months ago when it was in draft form.  Law firms (as well as the clients that are pressuring them to hire women and minority attorneys or face dismissal) would be wise to take this extremely seriously.
