The Ninth Circuit and the SupremesMike Rappaport

According to Aaron M. Street, who writes an e mail newsletter about the Supreme Court: On March 20, the Supreme Court”unanimously reversed the CA9 for the sixth time this Term, and the CA9ran its overall record to 0-9.”

It is amazing how long this has been going on.  It seems to me that people have been making Ninth Circuit jokes since at least the time I was in law school in the mid 1980s.
