Enemy Combatant has scary hair Tom Smith

This sleeper cell agent needs to rethink his hair style expressions.  Don’t they have something in the al-Qedea manual about mullets not being cool?  I suggest we keep this guy in prison at least long enough to give him a decent haircut.
