Linda Greenhouse on the new Court dynamic Tom Smith

Here.  You realize this means it wont be long before we start to get the theories of the jurisprudence of Justice Kennedy.  I can hardly wait.  And the thoughtful discussions on public TV about Justice Kennedy: brilliant or stupendous?  Of course that depends on his growing in his office of tie-breaker in chief.

THIS is an interesting WSJ article on the current court, in particular its recent decisions on standing.  Roberts works for me, I must say.
