Chinese toys Tom Smith

I found three of the toys on the Mattel recall list in our toy baskets.  To wit, three of the little green jeep character named Sarge from the movie Cars.  I’m not too worried.  Short of sucking on the things for a few days, I don’t see how my 3.7 year old could ingest enough lead to harm him.  But I have disappeared the vehicles just in case.

I’m not eating any more prepared food from China either.  I gather it’s not inspected either over there or here (or barely), and in retrospect, I think it tasted kinda funky anyway.
