Over at Opinio Juris, they are discussing the new book by our colleague, Mike Ramsey, The Constitution’s Text in Foreign Affairs.  Introducing the symposium, Julian Ku writes:

I quite agree.  Mike’s work in Foreign Affairs is both originalist and first rate.  Be sure to take a look at the symposium and, of course, the book.
