Less than two percent of Harvard professors are conservative and most other faculty members are opposed to recruiting more right-leaning academics, according to a survey from the campus newspaper.
If Harvard wants to hire more conservatives, all they would have to do is announce that. Many of their applicants would immediately switch to being conservatives, or at least willing to be conservatives. Nothing would have to change. Problem solved.
