California Man Stabbed by Trespasser Pulls Knife Out of His Own Back and Stabs Attacker – The Messenger

A 61-year-old Napa County homeowner who was stabbed by an intruder grabbed the knife out of his back and stabbed his attacker, police said.

The Napa County Sheriff s Office charged Andrew Kenneth Dixon, 33, with attempted murder, elder abuse, and assault with a deadly weapon.

According to police, the unnamed homeowner lost his power and went outside to find out what was going on when he came face-to-face with Dixon on his property.

Dixon then allegedly stabbed him in the back before the tables were turned. Both men suffered non-life-threatening injuries in the melee.

Dixon has been booked into jail, where he is being held without bail.
