California s Big Labor Blowout – WSJ

Former California Gov. Jerry Brown provided a small restraint on Big Labor s power in Sacramento, but Gov. Gavin Newsom has been an open door. Mr. Newsom will get another test of his mettle after the legislative session culminated last week with a mad dash to pass labor-backed bills.
