Alvin Bragg s Latest Injustice – WSJ

Jury selection began this week in the Manhattan trial of Daniel Penny. A 25-year-old former Marine, Mr. Penny is charged with second-degree manslaughter and negligent homicide in the death of 30-year-old Jordan Neely on a New York subway. Two weeks from the presidential election, the case has become a metaphor for the dysfunction of a justice system no longer capable of distinguishing the good guys from the threats.
