Russia launches massive attack on Kyiv

Russian launched a massive attack on Kyiv last night. I don’t know how many were killed or injured. Luke and Anya messaged us this morning and they’re ok. They ended up spending the night in the metro.

Trump seems to have finally gotten the message that Putin has no intention of ending the war, let alone agreeing to a cease fire. My hope and theory is that Trump has been naive and now realizes he is dealing with a psychopath who only understands force, which Trump has shown he knows how to deploy, and it’s past time for him to do this. I pray that he does it now: he needs to supply Patriots and other air defenses to Kyiv and other arms as well. Then Ukraine will win this war. I want to raise my glass with Anya and say as we did before: To Victory!

America first, of course, but it happens now that the Ukrainians are what we were on July 4, 1776, and we are now what the French were in 1776. The new world has to extend its hand to the old, as we did against the Nazis, lest the old perish. And we must all hang together, or we surely will all hang separately.
