Somewhere I read that there’s a low intensity civil war going on in Russia which involves many, many somewhat politically active or just inconvenient people dying in freak accidents or just disappearing. So much so that their friends just shrug if off. They know but what can they do? This poor doctor might be just be the tip of the iceberg.
