Justices should have a mandatory retirement age, for all sorts of reasons. RBG was a brilliant woman, like her law or not. But it has been years since she read a brief through by herself, let alone wrote an opinion. I don’t think our law should be made by twenty-something clerks. This goes for judges on the right and left.
