I give my thoughts on the 2020 presidential election as it currently stands amid recent criticism of Trump’s handling of the riots. I also field a question from a police officer currently working in California.

It seems like you ought to be able to get a declaratory judgment. Were I to tweet out “Most cops are heros”, would I lose my job (tenure notwithstanding)? How about “some cops are heros”? Or “I know a cop and he’s a hero.” It would be good to know. I know a cop and he might be a hero; I don’t know.
