Woke Kindergarten s contract in East Bay school terminated after national backlash, says a San Francisco Chronicle headline this week. Sure sounds like progress. The consulting firm has been training teachers at Glassbrook Elementary in Hayward, Calif., to inculcate children with radical politics while math and English scores have plummeted.

Taxpayers may no longer be forced to support the organization called Woke Kindergarten, but unfortunately it seems they re still going to be paying for a woke kindergarten. Jill Tucker reports for the Chronicle:

District officials emphasized that while terminating the contract, they were not repudiating any of the training related to the organization.

Officials also placed on leave a teacher who criticized the program, without explaining their reasoning other than to cite allegations of unprofessional conduct.

How typical that they have to dismiss the one teacher who objects to the plan. For “unprofessional conduct” no less. No dissent allowed. That’s woke all the way.
