The disturbing fact of the past month is that Jews are under attack not only in Israel and not only by Hamas. Yesterday, I encouraged a lovely Jewish woman of my acquaintance, who said she no longer felt safe in her home, to buy a gun. She admitted she had been thinking about it. Now I think she might (pardon the pun) pull the trigger. My work is done here.
