An anonymously run account, known as Dear White Staffers, has exploded in popularity and is dragging longstanding problems with staff diversity, paltry pay and punishing hours into the light.

Honestly, what do you expect from the sort of people in Congress. Until recently, staffers were also subject to the most appalling sexual predation. I suppose it’s a bit better now.
