Professor (allegedly) pulled a Toobin, sues university over “civil rights violation” HotAir

Ex-Fordham University Professor Howard Robinson is suing to get his job back. The tenured professor was fired after a complaint was filed by a graduate student. The student alleges that she captured Robinson masturbating during a class taught in a Zoom session.

Both Robinson and the graduate student, Andrea Morin, are now suing Fordham University. The lawsuit from Professor Robinson, who was a tenured professor at Fordham s Graduate School of Social Service, denies his ability to masturbate due to a medical condition.
