Man Files Lawsuit Claiming That He Was Expelled From Medical School Due to His Pro-Life Stance | Not the Bee

Austin Clark was expelled in June of 2020 during his fourth year of Medical School, only a few months before he would have graduated. He has recently filed a lawsuit against 14 people involved with the University of Louisville School of Medicine, including the current president, Neeli Bendapudi.

The father of two claims that he was discriminated against by the school because of his pro-life convictions, and specifically, his involvement with pro-life groups on campus.
