Law Prof slap fest Tom Smith

Briefly, Reynolds suggested killing the scientists working on nuclear weapons in Iran, and their mullah instigators, and Campos sort of called him a fascist for doing so, and wondered whether his University should discipline Reynolds.

One thing perhaps worth observing is that Reynolds and Campos seem to disagree about what the underlying facts are.  Reynolds seems to think Iranian scientists are beavering away, trying to build nuclear weapons that they can use to threaten Israel, their neighbors generally, and quite possibly give to terrorists to use against the US.  Campos implies, at least as I read him, that this is not so, or at least cannot be assumed.  Well.  Perhaps I’m just another victim of the vast RWC, but I would be shocked
