Biden: Pandemic Crisis Provides Opportunity for Institutional Changes in the US | CNSNews

(CNSNews.com) Former Vice President Joe Biden was quoted on Tuesday night as saying the coronavirus crisis may provide the opportunity for broad institutional changes in the United States without us becoming a socialist country, or any of that malarkey.

The presumptive Democratic presidential nominee declared himself to be excited at the prospect, adding, We have a chance to really move the ball forward in the next three or four years.
