In this video, we look at a new plan China recently announced that will drastically increase the total supply of commodities it stocks up on. This is a direct result of their desire to reduce dollar and treasury holdings, and it will cause prices of everything to increase even more.

This is where I say it sure would be nice if the friends of this blog traded in some of their dollars (or pounds or Euros or yen) for gold and maybe a bit of silver. I don’t mean GLD or SLV, which are derivatives, but the physical stuff. Yes, you could lose money, oh hypothetical person (I certainly don’t give financial advice) but I bet over the long run you would not, and you might be be very glad indeed that you did. Well, just sayin’ and enuf said.
