Judge nixes Trump’s bid to stop Philadelphia vote count
A federal judge on Thursday nixed a bid from President Trump s campaign to stop the vote count in Philadelphia over allegations that his supporters weren t being allowed to monitor the tallying of mail-in ballots.
US District Judge Paul Diamond instead urged the two sides to come to an agreement, suggesting each party be allowed 60 observers inside a hall at a downtown convention center where the final ballots are being counted.
Really, can t we be responsible adults here and reach an agreement? the exasperated judge asked. The whole thing could (soon) be moot.

I can imagine the judge is exasperated.
