I like this guy Yaron Brook, and Michael Malice is a hoot, though he’s too anarchist for me (though I’m open to being convinced otherwise). MM of course is a favorite of Tom Woods, my favorite anarcho-capitalist-Catholic (the only one I know of). Brook is a Randian, which gives me a bit of pause, though much less than it used to. Much of what he says in this snippet I would like to agree with. Sadly, I fear he’s too optimistic about our Founding, but it’s a pious thought that we are founded on liberty. I fear Murray Rothbard was probably more correct. The Constitution was I fear more an elaborate (to borrow a phrase) crony capitalist deal — but! We did get the Bill of Rights, and it is pretty cool, and has turned out to be pretty useful, and may be still be yet.
